We’ve worked with members to co-design an experience, carefully curated to ensure ample opportunities for networking, learning, and restoration. Great consideration has been made to create a one-of-a-kind experience for early childhood leaders.
Participation is encouraged, not required. We invite you to take ownership of your conference journey, engaging in the activities that most resonate with you, and plotting the path that best suits your needs and aspirations. We’ll share a coding system so you know where attendance is encouraged and detailed session descriptions so you know what to expect.
We look forward to welcoming you to a space of collective empowerment and individual restoration. Join us in New Orleans for an unforgettable experience!

Level 1: Quiet Energy - Serene and tranquil experiences such as sound baths and Reiki sessions, perfect for calm and reflective moments.
Level 2: Active Energy - Interactive and engaging activities, including community circles and educational sessions, suitable for light movement and stimulating discussion.
Level 3: High Energy - Vibrant celebrations with dynamic events featuring lively music and dance classes, ideal for those seeking an energetic and festive atmosphere.
-
There are no required sessions. We encourage you to take what you need to make the most of your experience. We’ve noted for each session whether attendance is encouraged or optional, never required, if you’d like to participate in full community moments. You are worthy of rest!

“Let’s also remember to make space for silence and encourage rather than demand participation. The focal point should be REST, which looks different for everyone.” - Alexandra H.
“I emphasize the importance of true equity means everyone gets what they need, not everyone gets the same thing.” - Zakiyyah B.
“I ran across a quote in my notes from an ECLOC meeting: “You are not resting to get back to work again. You are resting to get back to you again, your divine self. Das it!” An affirming reminder. Surely, where there is no vision, the people perish. What good is vision with no one to lay our loving eyes upon? Take care. “ - Ab W.
